At the time of activation of the Bounty Vip Card you will be credited with 5 points
 
Card beneficiaries:
The Bounty Vip Card is intended only for the customers of the Bounty Adventure Club of Rimini, hereinafter called "Issuer".
 
What is the Bounty Vip Card:
The Bounty Bounty Vip Card has the objective to reward the loyalty of the Customer Holder, hereinafter called "Cardholder", with a series of awards and promotions reserved to him.
 
Issue of the Card:
The Bounty Bounty Vip Card is an electronic card (visible on smartphone or tablet), hereinafter simply called "Card", issued completely free of charge, after entering name and valid email address. The registration to the Bounty Vip Card can be done using the ipad used by the waiters in the restaurant or on the website www.bountyrimini.it in the relevant section. Failure to fill the form in a true and complete manner will result in the impossibility of the granting or to the annulment of the card itself. The Cardholder shall undertake to notify the Issuer any variations of his data, personally or via email at info@bountyrimini.it
The data provided by the Cardholder will be treated by the Issuer in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data (D.lgs. n. 196/2003 Privacy Code) as specified in the appropriate Information supplied pursuant to art. 13 D. Lgs. n. 196/2003.
 
Use of the Card:
The registration and filling of the relevant form, active the electronic Bounty Vip card at the same time. The card is personal and to take advantage of the benefits given by the card it is necessary to declare the possession before paying the bill.
The points balance is visible on every sales receipt and the points balance will be sent periodically via email.
 
Damage, manipulation, counterfeiting or failure of the Card:
In the event of damage to the card the Cardholder must promptly notify the Issuer that, after verification of the identification data of the Cardholder himself, undertakes to cancel and replace the old card with a new one crediting on it, in the necessary technical time, all the benefits possibly accumulated and not yet used.
The Issuer reserves the right to verify the validity of the card and to reject those that are counterfeit or otherwise manipulated.
In the cases of counterfeiting or manipulation, the Cardholder shall not be entitled to the recognition nor to the repayment of any benefit possibly earned and not used.
 
Validity and withdrawal of the Card:
The card does not expire but the Issuer reserves the right to withdraw it at any time and without notice in the case in which it is use in a fraudulent or incorrect way or its use adversely affects the Issuer or in any case in the event of breach of the provisions of this Regulation.
The withdrawal will result in the annulment of the card and the cancellation of any benefit possibly earned and not used.
The issuing company also reserves the right to limit the validity of the card or possibly extended it, at any time and for any reason, with subsequent updates that will be considered known and accepted by the holder 8 days after their publication on the internet web site www.bountyrimini.it
Points management:
The points can be accumulated only and exclusively using the services offered by the Issuing Company, after demonstration to be the owner of the card before payment.
The points earned allow the holder to receive an advantage in terms of discounts on the purchases made exclusively at the Bounty Adventure Club of Rimini.
Upon reaching the minimum points required to qualify for the discount, the Issuer reserves the right to also assign benefits that are different from discounts or price reductions provided they have the same value.
The issuer also reserves the right to allocate to its loyal customers further vouchers or extra points as benefits linked to the ownership of the Bounty Bounty Vip Card.
At the time of activation of the Bounty Bounty Vip card, and only for the fact of activating it, the card will be immediately credited with 5 (five) points by way of welcome
For every 10 (ten) Euro of expenditure will be credited on the Bounty Vip Card a quantity of points equal to 1 (one) that will be added from time to time to the points already acquired on the occasion of previous purchases.
Failure to submit the card before payment will not allow the accumulation of points and does not give right to their credit at later times.


Duration of the initiative and Withdrawal of the prizes:
Points expiry date:   31/05/2016
 
Upon reaching 10 (ten) points the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher equal to € 10 (ten Euro) to be used for a dinner of equal or greater value or the branded Bounty t-shirt.
Upon reaching 20 (twenty) points the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher equal to € 15 (fifteen Euro) to be used for a dinner of equal or greater value or the branded Bounty beach towel.
Upon reaching 35 (thirty five) points the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher equal to € 30 (thirty Euro) to be used for a dinner of equal or greater value or the branded Bounty sweatshirt.
 
The discount vouchers/prizes can be collected directly at the Issuer within and not later than 30/11/2016. After that date the points will be reset and will no longer have any validity nor will entitle the Cardholder to any refund.
 
With the activation of the Bounty Bounty Vip Card the Cardholder accepts the conditions laid down in this Regulation, the updated version will always be available on the website of the Issuer www.bountyrimini.it and at the headquarters of the Issuing Company.
